Job Title: Talent Acquisition Strategist

The successful candidate will lead our recruitment team and oversee all recruitment activities.

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Proactively identify, attract, and engage top-tier talent through diverse sourcing channels, leveraging innovative strategies to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring timely and cost-effective hiring processes.
  • Work closely with business leaders to understand hiring needs and priorities, providing market insights and hiring trends to inform strategic decisions.

Talent Sourcing & Employer Branding:

  • Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline to ensure readiness for future hiring demands, utilizing job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking to source top talent.
  • Promote the employer brand and encourage the team to proactively take initiatives aimed at attracting top talent, highlighting the company's unique value proposition.

Process Management, Compliance & Reporting:

  • Ensure efficient use of the ATS and maintain accurate recruitment data, tracking key hiring metrics (TAT, source effectiveness, quality of hire) to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes for efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years + proven experience, with minimum 3 years in leadership role, including experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices, with excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
