Human Resources Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resource professional to lead and manage our HR functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, payroll, attendance management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead end-to-end recruitment processes including workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies.
  2. Oversee payroll administration and attendance management to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
  3. Develop, implement, and update HR policies, job descriptions (JDs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and employee handbooks in line with company objectives and statutory compliances.
  4. Manage performance appraisal systems to foster a culture of accountability, growth, and continuous improvement.
  5. Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, including labor laws, visa processing, gratuity settlements, and employee welfare regulations.
  6. Act as a strategic partner to management providing insights on organizational design, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
  7. Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in a fair and consistent manner.
  8. Drive HR initiatives related to training, learning & development, employee engagement, and succession planning.
  9. Maintain and enhance HR systems databases and reporting structures for improved efficiency and decision-making.
Requirements:
  • MBA or Master's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Prior HR experience in the Gulf region is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and statutory compliances.
  • Expertise in recruitment, payroll, attendance management, and HR operations.
  • Excellent communication leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop HR policies procedures SOPs and performance appraisal frameworks.
  • Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office Suite.
