About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, with a focus on commercial and specialty lines of insurance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs and develop solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize project requirements.
  • Develop and maintain accurate business documentation, including process maps and system requirements.
  • Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with business initiatives.
  • Draft and implement communication plans to ensure successful stakeholder engagement.
  • Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through effective issue resolution and escalation management.
  • Prioritize tasks based on business objectives and deadlines.
  • Provide detailed status reports to senior management and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 5-12 years of experience in business analysis in commercial and specialty lines of insurance domain.
  • Guidewire Certification Mandatory.
  • Experience working on Guidewire Billing Center is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Able to plan, estimate, and deliver mapping documents as per agreed-upon timelines.
Preferred Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
