Job Title: Business Insights Analyst

We are seeking a seasoned Business Insights Analyst to join our team. This is a critical role that requires strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to drive data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse sales performance, customer behaviour, and market trends to inform business strategies.
  • Develop and maintain complex databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Design and implement data visualisation tools to present insights to senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our analytics capabilities remain competitive.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, with 3+ years in retail/wholesale analytics.
  • Strong experience with data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of retail KPIs, sales metrics, and inventory data.
  • Experience with POS, ERP, and retail analytics platforms.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery).
  • Background in omni-channel or eCommerce environments.
