Job Title: Performance Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Performance Analyst to join our team. As a Performance Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Data Analysis: Analyze sales data, productivity reports, and other relevant metrics to identify trends and patterns.
  • Reporting: Create regular reports and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.
  • MIS Development: Develop and maintain Management Information Systems (MIS) to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Lead Management: Manage leads from CRM systems and share MIS and lead status with channel partners.
  • Ad-Hoc Reporting: Prepare ad-hoc reports and presentations as required by top management.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Educational Qualifications: A graduate degree in a relevant field such as business, economics, or statistics.
  • Key Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to work with large datasets, proficiency in MS Office and data analysis tools.
  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a business or analytics environment.
