Environmental Sustainability Specialist

We are seeking an Environmental Sustainability Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving and supporting environmental performance reporting.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, with experience in preparing performance reports and interacting with cross-functional stakeholders. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining processes and procedures to ensure timely reporting on environmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

  • Drive execution and delivery of environmental sustainability targets across climate, waste, and water.
  • SUPPORT THE SENIOR LEADERSHIP IN DATA-DRIVEN DECISION MAKING IN ENVIRONMENTAL SUSTAINABILITY RELATED AREAS.
  • Actively support limited and reasonable assurance of environmental sustainability indicators in line with ISAE 3000 and other standards as applicable.
  • Drive initiatives to improve data accuracy and quality, and ensure necessary controls are in place to ensure compliance with upcoming regulations.
  • Support in preparing monthly performance summary reports for senior leadership.
  • Support in training and communication with associates to develop skills and expertise.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in data analytics, performance report preparation, and interacting with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in reporting environmental sustainability performance in line with the GHG protocol and other standards as applicable.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Fluency in English (speaking and writing) is required, with working knowledge of additional languages desirable.
  • Good communication skills, proactivity, self-initiative, and ability to operate in a global matrix environment.
