Property Investment Analyst

We are seeking a highly responsible and detail-obsessed property deal analyst to help evaluate investment opportunities with precision and professionalism.

You will be trusted to review deals, calculate returns, check refurbishment estimates, and ultimately decide whether they stack up - which means your analysis will directly impact real-money decisions.

This is a secure, full-time remote role with a respected company in the UK property investment sector, and we are looking for someone who takes extreme pride in accuracy, logic, and constant improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing residential and commercial property deals
  • Reviewing floor plans, EPCs, comparables, agent documents, and other key documentation
  • Calculating key figures: return on investment, yield, refurbishment costs, profit, gross development value
  • Using and maintaining our deal analysis spreadsheet tools
  • Producing written deal summaries with go/no-go recommendations
  • Triple-checking every detail before submitting work
  • Taking ownership of analysis - your calls matter
  • Listening to feedback and improving with every deal reviewed
  • Updating deals in CRM systems accurately

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fluent English language skills (written and spoken)
  • Loves working with numbers, logic, and structured thinking
  • Experience in property, finance, or detailed analysis work
  • Understanding of terms like yield, refurbishment budget, return on capital employed, gross development value, loan-to-value ratio
  • Meticulous - checks work three times, not once
  • Can handle important decisions under pressure
  • Welcome feedback and constantly aims to improve
  • Has strong integrity - careful because numbers matter
