We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling interdepartmental meetings and taking accurate minutes.
- This includes coordinating with various departments to ensure seamless communication and productivity.
- You will also be responsible for managing and organizing office documents, both online and in hard copy format.
- An added responsibility will be assisting the HR department with maintaining employee records.
- Finally, you will prepare presentations to facilitate effective communication among team members.
Candidate Profile:
- A minimum of 2 years administrative experience is required.
- Prior management or supervisory experience is highly desirable but not mandatory.
