International Sales Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Export Sales Executive to join our team at RISHI JOBS. The successful candidate will be responsible for formulating and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth in the international market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to achieve predefined international sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international customers to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support sales efforts and increase sales volumes in the international market.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to inform sales and marketing strategies.
- Develop and maintain an updated sales and marketing database to track customer interactions and sales performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in an international setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.
- Fluency in English is a must, with the ability to communicate effectively with international customers and stakeholders.
- Ability to travel domestically for 4-5 days at a time, with occasional international travel.
Desirable Skills:
- Excellent negotiation and sales skills, with the ability to close deals and build strong relationships with customers.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
