Product Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Product Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of our switching controllers from definition to release to market.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to make a real impact in the field of industrial and automotive electronics.

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • At least 2-5 years of experience in product engineering with complex products or projects
  • Strong understanding of analog circuits
  • Responsibilities include yield enhancement, test methods, device specifications, and cost reduction
  • Will act as a central resource for all product issues and interface with various engineering groups

You should have a solid foundation in fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of the field. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong problem-solver and communicator.

Please note that you will need to work closely with other teams, including design, process, manufacturing, test, marketing, QA/reliability, and program management. Your ability to fix problems and coordinate efforts will be essential in this role.
