Can we energize society and fight climate change at the same timeAt Siemens Energy we can Our technology is key but our people make the difference Brilliant minds innovate They connect create and keep us on track towards changing the worlds energy systems Their spirit fuels our mission Our culture is defined by caring agile respectful and accountable individuals We value excellence of any kind Sounds like youoriented Product Development Manager Team Lead f-m-d A Snapshot of Your DayAs a member of an international development organization youre building up and leading a Product development team for automation electrical and digital technologies in a system integration environment for Marine Offshore and Process Industry The Technology solutions are part of our integral Electrification Automation and Digital products which require Know How and background in the respective domains This includes development contribution in the SE Industrial Process and Module Control Suite basis and application software framework EAD business based on the TIA or PCS7 family as well as the design of HMI process screens for SCADA system like WinCC or IA Ignition and industry specific software used to build solutions with functionality and connectivity for digital The development of electrical solutions in the context of AC and DC grids including electrical drives covers all aspects from power electronics electronic boards 3rd party product integration with all aspects of integrated solutions in the automation and digitalization environment Were working within an agile Scrum process environment to ensure efficiency and flexibility Effective communication with the international team is a crucial aspect of your role and your goal is to co-ordinate solutions team and guide development contribution of high-quality solutions that meets the needs of the SE industry How You ll Make an Impact Manage and lead an integrated SW HW Electrical Digital development team Support the team with your expertise in development and your additional know how in various industry fields like Oil and Gas Chemicals Process Industries and Maritime Coach the development team in agile development methodology Create support a team spirit with your peers in the global setup Drive efficiency in the development Ability to communicate clearly and precisely both written and verbally at all levels of the organization Ability to work in a flexible multi-functional team-based development environment that is comprised of both local Siemens Energy Engineers and 3rd party consultants contractors We dont need superheroes just super minds Masters or bachelors degree in computer science Automation Engineering Computer Technology or equivalent knowledge A strategic leader with a proven track record in management demonstrating a keen interest in leadership and people development 10 years of experience in development of applications for an industrial environment Experienced in Automation Electrification Digital solutions Domain Know How in certain industrial applications Renewable energy Pharma Data center Pulp and Paper Water Metal O G Onshore and Offshore Maritime Validated communication and presentation skills English Experienced in working in international development teams
