Product Development Manager

Our ideal candidate is a product management professional with 7-10 years of experience in managing products from development to launch. The role requires strong business acumen, commercial understanding, and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities- Develop market strategy and provide data analysis to understand trends and customer needs.
- Work cross-functionally to achieve sales, technology, and operations strategies and goals.
- Manage the product lifecycle by providing product trend analysis and develop market strategy PBP (Product Business Plan).
- Establish pricing policy and assist in the development of the annual operating plan (Sales and gross or standard margin).
Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for:
- Preparing financial analysis in support of new product launches.
- Managing PAC discussions with management for G1 and G2 opportunities.
- Providing product information and samples to customers and sales teams.
- 7-10 years of related work experience with at least 3-5 years of Product Management or Product Strategy experience.
- Relevant product or industry experience desired, especially in Low-Voltage, High Voltage Terminals and Connectors.
- 4-year technical or business degree required.
- Advanced degree (MBA) or relevant P&L management experience preferred.
