  • - Collaborate with plant heads, functional leaders, and HRBPs to identify learning needs and deploy solutions.

  • - MSW/MBA / PGDM in HR or Organizational Development (Tier 1/2 institute preferred)

  • - 10–18 years in L&D, out of which at least 5 years in automotive or manufacturing sector
