Senior Energy Solutions Designer

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Design Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design of our next-generation energy solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial design, with experience in designing high-volume electronic or hardware products. You will also have a proven track record of translating customer and market insights into successful, user-centric product designs.
As the Industrial Design Lead, you will lead the end-to-end design process, from research and development to production and launch. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality, usability, and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design of next-generation energy solutions
- Develop design strategies that differentiate us in the market
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and usability
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field
- 10–15 years of experience in industrial design
- Proven track record of delivering successful, user-centric product designs
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders
