Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional with expertise in commercial and industrial battery energy storage systems to join our team as a Energy Storage Consultant. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of hands-on experience in designing, executing, and optimizing BESS projects for clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical guidance on the design, sizing, and execution of BESS projects. They will also develop technical and financial models for C&I clients and support vendors in evaluating technology options and integrating them with solar/open access systems.

In addition, the consultant will assist in project planning, commissioning, and optimization of existing systems. They will share insights on the latest market trends, regulations, and storage applications, ensuring end-to-end compliance with applicable regulatory, safety, and policy frameworks governing C&I-based BESS and energy storage projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3-4 years of experience in executing C&I-based BESS/energy storage projects.
  • Strong knowledge of storage technologies, safety, and standards.
  • Exposure to project execution, vendor management, and performance optimization.
  • Ability to consult, advise, and train internal teams for scaling storage business.
