We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Hardware Design Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge energy storage systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop advanced hardware systems for energy storage applications, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate hardware and software components, meeting stringent requirements for safety, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Leverage expertise in power electronics, digital circuit design, and analog circuit design to create innovative solutions for energy storage challenges.
  • Evaluate and select suitable materials, components, and technologies to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues, implementing corrective actions to improve system performance and reduce risk.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • At least 12 years of experience in hardware design engineering, with a focus on energy storage systems.
  • Strong understanding of power electronics, digital circuit design, and analog circuit design principles.
  • Proficiency in simulation tools, such as P-Spice, Matlab, and Mathcad.
  • Experience with PCB layout constraints, thermal management, and electrical safety.
