About the Job
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records, including employment contracts and time-off requests.
  • Update internal databases with new hire information to ensure seamless onboarding.
  • Develop and disseminate guidelines and FAQs on company policies to promote compliance and understanding.
  • Gather payroll data such as bank account details and working days to facilitate efficient payment processing.
  • Publish and remove job ads to attract top talent and maintain a competitive market presence.
  • Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates as needed to ensure a smooth hiring process.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics, including total hires by department, to inform business decisions.
  • Create training and onboarding materials to enhance employee knowledge and skills.
  • Respond to employee inquiries about benefits, such as vacation entitlements, in a timely and informative manner.
Requirements
  • Experience in HR Administration, HR Administrative Assistant, or similar role, with freshers also encouraged to apply.
  • Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Basic knowledge of labor legislation to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, to create and edit documents and spreadsheets.
