Job Title: Fullstack Manager

The company is seeking a skilled and experienced Fullstack Manager to lead their technology capabilities across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC). The successful candidate will have a strong background in .Net, Java, Microservices, and Azure technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technology teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Collaborate with business owners, technical teams, and senior leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Act as the first point of contact for team members on well-being, interpersonal dynamics, and professional development.
  • Foster an inclusive and collaborative team culture aligned with company values.
  • Support conflict resolution and promote open, honest communication.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve delivery issues tied to team dynamics.
  • Stay connected with operational teams to align with business priorities.
  • Serve as a bridge between individuals and leadership regarding people-related matters.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8-14 years of experience with proven team leadership (30-50 members).
  • Strong expertise in .Net, Java, Microservices, Azure technologies.
  • Proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile delivery, DevOps, and CI/CD.
  • Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
