Job Overview

As a senior technology leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving efficiency and optimization across our global organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-stake technology solutions.

This leadership position is responsible for driving technology adoption and enhancement, while also ensuring the execution of enterprise-wide programs and initiatives aligned with strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end operating model ownership within our organization.
  • Engage with business stakeholders regularly to understand their needs and drive high stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Act as the single point of accountability and escalation for technology service provisioning to clients and the business.
  • Combine technical and commercial acumen to enable business profitability in the technology solution portfolio.
Requirements
  • 20+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, with a focus on compute and storage technologies, operating systems, database, middleware, cloud, container and network services.
  • 10+ years of experience in the banking and financial services industry.
  • 15+ years of experience in managing global teams and delivering technology service solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science and/or equivalent military experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in ITSM, SRE, Automation and Telemetry/AI Ops.
