Job Title: AI Vision Technologies Lead

Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead cutting-edge projects at the intersection of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and vision technologies.

This role requires a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and experience in driving innovation. The ideal candidate will be able to foster a collaborative environment, motivate team members, and drive project goals forward.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of AI and vision technologies, as well as expertise in leading multidisciplinary teams. They will also be able to define project goals, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Above all, this role demands exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to present results to senior management and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of researchers and engineers to drive cutting-edge projects from concept to deployment.
  • Define project goals, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Foster a collaborative, innovative, and high-performance culture.
Requirements
  • Masters or PhD in Computer Science & Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields.
  • 5-10+ years of experience in image processing, computer vision, and deep learning, with at least 2+ years in a leadership/mentorship role.
  • Strong track record in developing and deploying deep learning models.
  • Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, OpenCV, and related libraries.
  • Experience with MLOps, cloud platforms, and model optimization.
  • Strong publication/patent record (for R&D roles) or deployment history (for industry roles).
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in medical imaging, autonomous systems, robotics, or industrial inspection.
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of data management, annotation strategies, and synthetic data generation.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
