Solar Business Development Lead for Pan India Operations

About this role
Our Solar EPC company is seeking a highly experienced National Sales Head to lead our business development efforts across the Indian subcontinent. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strategic partnerships, and developing sustainable solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth across PAN India
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including end-users, B2B partners, PSU's, and government departments
- Led the development of a comprehensive business plan and roadmap, aligning it with organisation's long term vision & objectives
- Provide strategic guidance and recommendations on key business initiatives, leveraging market insights & industry trends
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field
- Minimum 15 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the solar or renewable energy sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
