Cybersecurity Operations Manager for KPMG India

We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Operations Manager to join our team at KPMG India. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of security analysts in a 24/7 Security Operations Center (SOC) environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of security analysts to detect, respond to, and mitigate cybersecurity incidents for our clients.
- Manage the security operations environment, including configuring and tuning security tools, monitoring system health, and performing regular maintenance.
- Develop and maintain threat intelligence to ensure that the team has the latest information on emerging threats and vulnerabilities.
- Perform security assessments of client environments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements to the security posture.
- At least 8-10 years of experience in cybersecurity or a related field, with a focus on security operations and incident response.
- Strong understanding of security operations best practices and methodologies, including knowledge of security tools and technologies such as SIEM (IBM QRadar, ArcSight, Azure Sentinel, Splunk).
- Experience managing a team of security analysts in a SOC environment.
- Ability to provide regular reporting and analysis to clients and internal stakeholders on security incidents and trends, including metrics on incident volume, severity, and response times.
- An estimated salary of ₹15,00,000 - ₹25,00,000 per annum based on qualifications and experience.
