Senior Event Production Manager Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Senior Event Production Manager. As a key member of the production team, you will be responsible for managing and producing multiple large events quarterly for executives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and Coordinate Events:
  • Utilize existing technology infrastructure, including Zoom Meeting, Zoom Webinar, Meta/Workvivo Streaming, and vMix, along with various audio and video hardware at ServiceNow and offsite locations.
  • Oversee event production in the region, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality outcomes.
  • Participate in developing production and events strategy internally, aligning with corporate communications and marketing goals.
  • Identify and address service gaps focusing on employee satisfaction and a frictionless experience.
  • Understand the company's brand story and message to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and build internal partnerships to drive project success.
  • Maintain documentation for best practices and production solutions, driving continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Event Management Skills:
  • Experience in managing large-scale events, including technical production and logistics.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
  • Ability to develop and oversee project budgeting, external vendors, and contractors as needed.
