As a key member of the ScaleneWorks team, we are seeking an experienced HR IT Specialist to join our organization. This role requires a unique blend of HR domain expertise and IT project implementation skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct in-depth analysis of HR process requirements, collaborating with HR COEs and vendors to identify business needs and develop solutions, including stakeholder management and communication.
  2. Proactively identify opportunities and new technology for process improvement and innovation, staying abreast of industry trends and incorporating best practices.
  3. Create comprehensive domain solutions that align with COE goals, balancing technical feasibility with a focus on user-centric design.
  4. Act as the project manager, leading the implementation of HR technology solutions and ensuring timely on-budget delivery.
  5. Liaison between HR and IT teams for HR process implementation.
  6. Implement robust testing processes to ensure the reliability, accuracy, and effectiveness of products, addressing any issues or discrepancies promptly.
  7. Create documentation, including functional specifications, user guides, and training materials, to support the implementation and ongoing use of products.
  8. Functional POC for all HR Information Systems and transformation processes, supporting Business HR process SPOCs for process.
  9. High business ethics and personal integrity, handling confidential information.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in Industry/Consulting.
  • Background in Core HR will be a plus.
  • At least 45 years of experience in implementation and support of HRIS systems.
  • Experience in a dynamic environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Certification in HRIS system or related field is desirable.
  • Understanding of the employee lifecycle with exposure to HR modules like HCM, Recruitment, Time & Absence, Talent & Performance, and Compensation.
