Domestic Recruiter/Account Manager Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to fill the position of Domestic Recruiter. This role involves end-to-end recruitment for domestic hiring, requiring timely sourcing, screening, and onboarding of qualified candidates.

About the Role
  • This position is responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Candidates must possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • A key aspect of this role is conducting thorough resume screening, telephonic interviews, and shortlisting candidates as per job requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Sources candidates via multiple channels: job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Conducts in-depth resume review, telephone interviews, and selects top candidates based on job specifications.
  • Maintains effective communication with hiring managers and candidates during the hiring process.
