Job Description

As a seasoned professional in collections management, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Farm portfolio across assigned zones.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in formulating and implementing strategies to minimize delinquency and optimize recovery performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing the collections function to achieve zonal targets.
  • Formulating and implementing strategies to drive field collections activities and recover overdue accounts through effective customer interaction.
  • Monitoring and tracking collections through a team of Area/Regional Collection Managers.
  • Ensuring strict compliance with regulatory guidelines, company policies, and ethical collection practices.
