Senior AI Developer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Developer to join our core team of innovators and contribute to the development of next-generation Machine Learning platforms and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Develop Advanced AI Models: Utilize techniques like RAG, transformers, and other relevant approaches to develop sophisticated AI models that drive business value.
  • Refine Pre-trained LLMs: Tailor pre-trained Large Language Models (LLMs) for specific tasks and domains to achieve optimal results.
  • Conduct Research on New Techniques: Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in AI research and apply them to improve the performance and capabilities of AI models.
  • Apply Software Engineering Best Practices: Ensure machine learning/AI pipelines are built with software engineering best practices in mind.
  • Evaluate and Analyze Model Performance: Assess the effectiveness of ML/AI models and make data-driven decisions to optimize their performance.
  • Collaborate on Proof-of-Concept Development: Work with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy proof-of-concept AI systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in AI or related fields.
  • Experience in building data pipelines, deploying AI models in production, and monitoring their performance.
  • Strong programming skills in Python.
  • Familiarity with RAG and other techniques for building advanced models.
  • Extensive experience with Git, Docker, and Linux for managing servers.
  • Experience with cloud-based ecosystems, especially AWS AI services.
  • Exposure to AI frameworks and tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Methodical and meticulous towards work and planning.
