AI Developer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and self-reliant AI developer with a strong background in Python to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying intelligent AI agents from scratch without relying on third-party AI libraries or external platforms.

  • Design, develop, and implement AI agents and machine learning models without using third-party tools.
  • Build custom algorithms and pipelines for data processing, decision-making, and interaction logic.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented Python code for AI and ML model development.
  • Develop, train, and evaluate models for NLP, decision trees, reinforcement learning, or agent-based systems, as applicable.
  • Integrate AI components with existing systems and APIs.
  • Optimize models and systems for performance, reliability, and scalability.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development using Python.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning, NLP, and reinforcement learning principles.
  • Proven experience building AI systems or agents without relying on third-party orchestration libraries.
  • Excellent coding skills in Python, including OOP, data structures, and design patterns.
  • Solid experience in algorithm development, statistical modeling, and model evaluation.
