Job Description:

As a Senior Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for creating robust backend infrastructure and APIs, developing high-quality code, and collaborating with teams to implement efficient workflows and systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable and distributed systems using microservices architecture.
  • Develop complex, high-performance applications using Python, Java Spring Boot, and other technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technical requirements and solutions.
  • Develop and implement automated testing, deployment, and monitoring strategies.
  • Work closely with data scientists and engineers to integrate AI/ML models into production systems.
  • Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical roadmaps.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in software development with expertise in building complex systems.
  • Proven expertise in AI/ML application development using TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
  • Deep understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and AI integration into production systems.
  • Experience with containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Proficient in RDBMS (SQL), familiar with PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB, and well-versed in object-oriented design and design patterns.
