Job Description

As a system analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting the analysis, development, and continuous improvement of business processes and IT systems.

You will work closely with senior IT team members to implement and maintain effective system solutions that align with organizational needs.

A key focus of the role is Power BI development—creating interactive reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to enable data-driven decision-making.

You will collaborate with senior developers and business stakeholders to gather requirements and convert data into meaningful insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • System Design and Development
  • Designing, modeling, and optimizing system architectures
  • Developing technical solutions that meet business requirements
  • Analyzing business needs and translating them into scalable and efficient system designs
  • Creating and maintaining system architecture documentation
  • Data Analysis and Reporting
  • Developing Power BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations based on business requirements
  • Gathering and understanding data needs and reporting requirements from business users
  • Creating and optimizing data models to ensure efficient reporting and analysis
  • Developing DAX queries for creating complex calculations and measures
  • Data Management and Integration
  • Supporting data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes from various data sources
  • Connecting Power BI to different data sources (SQL Server, Excel, APIs, etc.)
  • Maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards by ensuring they are up to date with the latest data
  • Ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and consistency in reports and dashboards
  • Collaboration and Documentation
  • Collaborating with the development team to identify and resolve any performance issues with Power BI reports
  • Documenting BI solutions, processes, and reports
  • Testing and troubleshooting reports and dashboards to ensure optimal functionality
