Job Opportunity
- This role is focused on driving sales growth by identifying market opportunities, developing new business strategies, and expanding the customer base.
- Work closely with senior leadership to develop short- and long-term strategic plans to efficiently grow the overall business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenue targets.
- Meet regular revenue targets for the center, including monthly, quarterly, and annual milestones.
- Increase customer engagement, visits, and admissions for digital marketing courses offered by the organization.
- Provide counseling services for new customers and follow up with existing ones to convert inquiries into admissions.
- Ccoordinate with event teams to organize seminars and workshops in educational institutions.
- Ensure timely collections of fees from customers as per the fee schedule.
- Manage customer certifications, exams schedules, and handle customer queries effectively.
- Ccoordinate with faculty and students on lecture and test schedules.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers and ensure their satisfaction by resolving any concerns or queries promptly.
