The Role

This position involves managing global projects, including Employee Central, for our India office. Key responsibilities include project management, coordination with internal and external stakeholders, creating project plans and status reports, ensuring compliance, and preparing workshops and presentations.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.
  • Experience in managing HR IT projects, ideally with SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Proficiency in both agile and traditional project management methodologies.
Essential Skills
  • Deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (minimum 2 full-cycle implementations).
  • Experience in technical consulting and solution architecture within the SuccessFactors ecosystem.
