We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Production Engineer to lead production operations and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead shop floor operations to achieve production targets, quality standards, and timely delivery.
• Plan, schedule, and prioritize production activities in line with project requirements.
• Provide technical expertise in sheet metal fabrication, TIG/MIG welding for stainless steel assemblies, assembly, and finishing processes.
• Oversee resource allocation and optimize utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Drive compliance with lean manufacturing principles and establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Collaborate with the Quality team to ensure robust in-process and final inspections.
• Analyze production KPIs (output, downtime, rejection, efficiency) and implement corrective actions.
• Mentor and train production team members on best practices, welding methods, and safety protocols.
• Initiate process improvement projects and maintain production documentation for traceability and audits.
• Liaise with procurement teams to ensure uninterrupted material flow.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 4-7 years of experience in production/manufacturing roles, with at least 2+ years in sheet metal fabrication and welding.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and other CAD software.
  • Hands-on expertise in TIG and MIG welding for stainless steel assemblies.
  • Strong background in resource optimization, lean manufacturing, and team management.
  • Proven analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Work Arrangements
  • Full-time, permanent role.
  • Day shift schedule (Monday to Friday).
  • Saturday and Sunday off.
  • Candidates must have their own travel arrangements.
