The role of Senior Executive for Operational Excellence involves overseeing the day-to-day activities of the office, ensuring all departments function seamlessly and in alignment with organizational goals.
Main Responsibilities:- Operational Management:
- Direct supervision of day-to-day operations within the corporate office.
- Ensure proper functioning of departments including Admin, HR, Finance, Sales Support, Procurement, and Projects.
- Supervise administrative processes including documentation, asset management, office supplies, and team logistics.
- Interdepartmental Coordination:
- Alignment of work between various verticals to ensure smooth workflows.
- Tracking cross-functional tasks, identifying roadblocks, and ensuring timely resolution.
- Maintenance of close coordination between field operations and office support teams.
- Operational Systems & Process Optimization:
- Development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all office functions.
- Ensuring document control, filing systems, and reporting formats are standardized and followed.
- Identification of inefficiencies and implementation of process improvements across all departments.
- Monitoring & Reporting:
- Review of daily, weekly, and monthly reports from all departments.
- Preparation of consolidated dashboards and updates for senior management.
- Monitoring of internal KPIs related to operations, productivity, and project delivery support.
- Team Oversight & Task Allocation:
- Allocation and monitoring of tasks to department heads or coordinators.
- Follow-up on deadlines, pending work, and escalated issues.
- Ensuring that team members are adequately supported and resourced.
- Compliance, Discipline & Office Policies:
- Ensuring adherence to company policies, rules, and internal guidelines.
- Maintenance of discipline, attendance, and punctuality within the office.
- Closely working with HR for employee engagement, conflict resolution, and training needs.
- Communication & Escalation Handling:
- Acting as the central point of communication between departments and top management.
- Handling operational escalations and ensuring timely resolution.
- Conducting regular coordination meetings with department heads.
