Position Overview:

This high-impact role involves working cross-functionally with product, marketing, sales, finance, and engineering to deliver strategic insights, improve operational efficiency, and support long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop performance marketing strategies across various digital channels to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Lead a data-driven analytics team to build, mentor, and execute on business goals.
  • Define team structure and responsibilities to align with business priorities.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, sales, finance, and operations to align analytics with business needs.
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize bids, targeting, creatives, and messaging for maximum ROI.
  • Monitor and manage daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to ensure campaigns meet performance goals.
  • Work closely with engineering and data teams to ensure data quality, consistency, and scalability.
  • Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and overall campaign performance.
  • Drive growth initiatives through retargeting, CRM-based campaigns, and advanced segmentation strategies.
  • B2B SaaS experience is mandatory, with expertise in SaaS sales cycles, customer lifetime value (CLV), and user retention.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8 - 10 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or growth roles, with at least 4+ years leading analytics teams in a B2B SaaS company.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of achieving significant ROI from marketing budgets, consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets and KPIs.
  • In-depth knowledge of performance marketing channels, including search, social media, and email marketing.
  • B2B SaaS marketing experience is mandatory, with expertise in executing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns in a B2B environment.
  • Strong proficiency with analytics tools, SQL, and data modeling concepts.
  • Experience with data warehouses is a plus.
