Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled HCM Cloud Technical Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting HCM Extracts, HDL, Fast Formulas, OTBI, BI Publisher Reports, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations.

You will configure and manage reporting and integration flows for Core HR, ORC, and other HCM modules, as well as build and customize data models, dashboards, bursting logic, and layout templates to meet reporting needs.

In addition, you will support end-to-end HR functional flows (Hire → Retire) including ORC to Core HR transitions, develop and manage HDL-based data loads with inbound/outbound integrations, and troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across HCM tools for business continuity.
