Job Description

As a seasoned HCM Cloud Technical Consultant, you will leverage your expertise in Extracts, Reporting, and Integrations to design, develop, and support scalable, efficient, and user-friendly solutions for global organizations.

The ideal candidate will bring deep technical knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud tools and hands-on experience in building solutions to support HR processes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing, developing, and supporting HCM Extracts, HDL, Fast Formulas, OTBI, BI Publisher Reports, and OIC integrations
  • Configuring and managing reporting and integration flows for Core HR, ORC, and other HCM modules
  • Building and customizing data models, dashboards, bursting logic, and layout templates to meet reporting needs
  • Supporting end-to-end HR functional flows (Hire → Retire) including ORC to Core HR transitions
  • Developing and managing HDL-based data loads with inbound/outbound integrations
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues across HCM tools for business continuity
Required Skills

  • BI Publisher (BIP): Custom reports, complex data models, bursting, and layouts
  • OTBI (Oracle Transactional BI): Real-time dashboards & analytics
  • HCM Extracts: Data exchange and HR/recruiting monitoring
  • Fast Formulas: Build, debug, and maintain HR formulas
  • HDL (HCM Data Loader): Strong data load expertise
  • APIs & Integration: Hands-on with REST/SOAP APIs, OIC integrations, and secure data frameworks
