
Digital Growth Strategist

Social media optimization experts are in high demand, and we're looking for someone to take on this challenge. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving website conversions through data-driven strategies.
Your primary goal will be to identify areas of improvement and implement structured experiments to optimize our marketing campaigns across various channels. This includes analyzing website data, designing experiment hypotheses, and executing A/B testing strategies to enhance user engagement and conversion rates.
You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, development, and content, to plan and execute experiments. Your ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with stakeholders will be crucial in achieving our goals.
We're seeking a highly skilled professional with at least 2-3 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing teams. You should have a strong understanding of conversion copywriting, user experience, and web design principles. Proficiency in data and customer analytics tools, such as Google Analytics 4, HubSpot, MixPanel, and data visualization tools like Google Looker Studio, is also required.
Required Skills and Qualifications- At least 2-3 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing teams, focusing on conversation optimization and growth marketing efforts.
- Experience running and analyzing A/B, split, and multivariate tests end-to-end.
- Strong understanding of conversion copywriting, user experience, and web design principles.
- Proficiency in data and customer analytics principles and tools, including Google Analytics 4, HubSpot, MixPanel, and data visualization tools like Google Looker Studio.
