We are looking for a skilled Senior Google Ads Specialist to lead high-budget, multi-country paid media campaigns and drive measurable growth.

Job Description:

As a Senior Google Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for strategizing, running, and optimizing campaigns across Google Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max. You will manage ad budgets of $100K–$300K+ per month, utilizing GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Conversion APIs for performance tracking and optimization.

  • Develop and execute campaign strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Manage and scale ad budgets to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to inform optimization decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need 5+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads, a proven track record managing six-figure monthly ad spends, and expertise in full-funnel performance marketing and ROAS-driven strategies. Experience in FMCG, beverage, or wellness sectors is preferred, as well as a strong understanding of digital consumers in Indian and Southeast Asian markets.

  • Proven experience in managing high-budget paid media campaigns.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, including search, display, and video advertising.
  • Familiarity with performance marketing metrics and attribution models.
