Mergers and Acquisitions Expertise

We are seeking a seasoned mergers and acquisitions professional to lead the execution of complex transactions. The successful candidate will be responsible for advising clients on strategic opportunities, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and capital raising.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transaction Leadership: Oversee the end-to-end execution of M&A transactions, including deal origination, valuation, due diligence, negotiation, and closing.
  • Client Advisory: Provide expert advice to clients on potential M&A opportunities, corporate restructuring, divestitures, and capital raising, ensuring alignment with their long-term goals.
  • Financial Analysis: Perform comprehensive financial modelling and valuation analysis, including discounted cash flow (DCF), comparable company, and precedent transaction analyses.
  • Deal Structuring: Design deal structures that meet client objectives while maximizing value. Oversee negotiations of terms, pricing, and legal documentation.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, banks, legal advisors, and other third-party advisors.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, and industry developments to identify new opportunities for clients.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor junior team members, providing guidance on financial analysis, client presentations, and deal execution.
  • Cross functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams (legal, tax, and regulatory) to ensure seamless execution of transactions.

Qualifications:

  • Education: MBA in Finance
  • Experience: 8-12 years of experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, or private equity raises, with a strong track record of deal advisory experience.
