Sr. Creative Strategist Job Description

  • Develop and execute comprehensive creative campaigns for multiple brands across various industries, from concept development to scriptwriting and copywriting.
  • Collaborate with the New Business team on creative ideation and pitch presentations.
  • Present in-depth creative plans to clients for any campaign or narration of a script.
  • Maintain high-quality creative work, submit award entries to recognize team achievements.
  • Report to the Creative Lead for direction, feedback, and references.
  • Coordinate daily with the Integrated Solutions Team on tasks ranging from social media posts to annual campaign strategies.
  • Provide visual direction to the graphic design team on creative concepts.
  • Break down project briefs for junior creatives to ensure efficient processes.
  • Work on revisions based on internal or external feedback, managing timelines to meet client goals.
  • Lead through each production phase from idea to final product delivery.
  • Conduct in-depth research on brands, competition, and target audiences to stay informed.
