Senior Strategist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Strategist to lead our team in developing innovative campaigns that drive business results.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute multi-brand campaigns across various industries, ensuring a high level of creativity and strategy.
  • Collaborate with the New Business team on creative ideation and pitch development.
  • Present campaign plans and scripts to clients, showcasing our team's expertise.
  • Ensure award-winning standards for all creative work and submit for industry recognition.
  • Work closely with the Creative Lead for overall direction, feedback, and references.
  • Coordinate with the Integrated Solutions Team on daily tasks, from topical posts to annual strategies.
  • Provide visual direction to the graphic design team and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Break down briefs for junior creatives, promoting efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage revisions based on internal or external feedback, adhering to realistic timelines.
  • Present throughout the production process, from idea to final product upload.
  • Conduct in-depth research on brands, competition, and target audiences, staying up-to-date on market trends.

  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to develop value-added interactive strategies and presentations.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage junior creative resources and provide direction.
  • Strong presentation skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Understanding of target audience and ability to create appealing content.
  • Knowledge of moment marketing campaigns and proactive topical content proposal.
