Senior Creative Strategist Job Description

The role of a Senior Creative Strategist is to oversee the development and execution of creative projects from concept to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out creative duties on multiple brands across various industries, including campaign planning, ideation, scriptwriting, and copywriting.
  • Managing a team of junior creative resources, providing direction and feedback to ensure high-quality work.
  • Collaborating with the New Business team to develop creative concepts for pitches and campaigns.
  • Presenting creative plans and narrating scripts to clients for various brands.
  • Ensuring creative work meets award-winning standards and pursuing recognition through awards submissions.
  • Reporting to the Creative Lead for overall direction, feedback, and references.
  • Coordinating with the Integrated Solutions Team on daily tasks, from topical posts to annual campaigns.
  • Providing visual direction to the graphic design team on ideas and concepts.
  • Breaking down briefs for junior creatives to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
  • Working on revisions based on internal or external feedback and setting realistic timelines.
  • Being actively present throughout the production process, from idea generation to final product upload.
  • Conducting in-depth research on brands, their competition, target audiences, and ensuring awareness of brand needs at all times.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments, news, and online trends.
