Job Title: Area Renewals Manager

Job Summary

As a key member of the NetApp team, the Area Renewals Manager will be responsible for driving strategy and execution of renewal operations. This includes managing a team of Retention Specialists, developing and implementing plans to retain and grow the customer base within an Area or Region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute renewal strategies to drive customer retention and growth
  • Manage a team of Retention Specialists to ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategy and qualify retention and growth opportunities
  • Represent NetApp at C-suite level internally and externally with professionalism
  • Prepare and deliver quarterly business reviews with NetApp sales leaders and partners
  • Establish profitable relationships with supporting organizations to align strategy and qualify retention and growth opportunities
  • Act as an escalation point for internal and external disputes to seek resolution
  • Provide mentoring and coaching to team members

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in driving strategy and execution of renewal operations
  • Experience in a similar industry (Storage)
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in people management and coaching, including remote/virtual management
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in managing P&L
  • Aptitude and readiness for learning and understanding new technologies
  • Strong ability to use data to drive insights and execute
  • Strong senior leadership level communication and organizational skills

Education:

Any graduation with at least 8 years of overall experience
