We are seeking a seasoned Technical Delivery Leader to oversee the successful delivery of complex technical projects and solutions.

Risk and Issue Management:

  • Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality solutions aligned with business needs.

Above all, you must be able to drive technical excellence and deliver results-oriented solutions.

This role requires end-to-end ownership of project delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals, managing stakeholder expectations, and driving technical excellence.

Some key qualifications for this position include:

A minimum of 15 years of experience in technology delivery roles, including hands-on development and leadership responsibilities.

Proven experience in delivering large-scale, complex projects with diverse teams.

Strong understanding of modern software development practices, cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), and DevOps.

Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, .NET) is preferred.

Excellent team leadership, people management, and conflict resolution skills.

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
