Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Technical Program Manager Intern to join our team. This role involves managing technical programs, driving project deliverables, and supporting cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and product goals.

The ideal candidate will have strong interest in program management, project delivery, and technology, with a strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Planning & Execution: Assist in defining and executing complex technical programs from ideation to delivery, ensuring all technical milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, design, and product teams to understand technical requirements and manage project dependencies.
  • Risk Management: Identify project risks and proactively work with teams to create mitigation strategies.
  • Tracking & Reporting: Track project progress and provide clear, timely updates to stakeholders. Help manage project timelines, resources, and priorities.
  • Documentation & Process Improvement: Maintain project documentation, track progress, and identify opportunities to improve team processes and workflows.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate project status, changes, and risks to relevant stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in managing or participating in technical projects (either through coursework, previous internships, or personal projects).
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana).
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

You'll gain hands-on experience in managing technical projects, exposure to Agile methodologies, and insight into the end-to-end product development lifecycle.
