Job Description:

As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for managing channel partners handling tele calling responsibilities for the assigned Collections portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute collection strategies to drive performance and give actionable insights to stakeholders.
  2. Monitor and review channel partner performance through structured review mechanisms to ensure capacity planning.
  3. Conduct in-depth analysis of portfolio segments to identify gaps and opportunities for growth.
  4. Implement call sampling programs across portfolio segments in line with industry best practices.
  5. Ensure seamless operations by managing uptime for all SBI Card collection systems at vendor sites and coordinating with internal stakeholders.
  6. Identify high-potential portfolio segments for legal interventions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize outcomes.
