About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager - Business Development to manage and grow our existing key accounts, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing government clients, tender processes, and handling techno-commercial documentation. Strong expertise in CRM/ERP tools, lead nurturing processes, and pipeline management is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture existing key accounts to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and initiate new leads through inbound and outbound channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams for solution design, pricing, and documentation.
- Prepare and deliver customized techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and BOMs as per client/project needs.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Key Account Management, and Business Development in IT Infrastructure, Surveillance, Electronic Security, or System Integration domains.
