Key Account Manager - Business Development

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager - Business Development to manage and grow our existing key accounts, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing government clients, tender processes, and handling techno-commercial documentation. Strong expertise in CRM/ERP tools, lead nurturing processes, and pipeline management is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture existing key accounts to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and initiate new leads through inbound and outbound channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for solution design, pricing, and documentation.
