
Senior Client Partner

The primary objective of a Senior Client Partner is to develop and nurture high-value relationships with customers within the Banking/Financial Services/Insurance sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with regional SBI Branches to drive business growth.
- Assume full accountability for sales performance in assigned branches.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through customer outreach, networking, and market research.
- Liaise with investors, distributors, banks, and institutions to target specific markets and products.
- Organize investor awareness programs and events to enhance brand visibility.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with customers, focusing on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop and execute strategies to penetrate key accounts and generate upselling opportunities.
- Ensure adherence to sales processes and requirements.
- Achieve quarterly and yearly business targets by developing and executing effective sales plans.
- Establish and maintain a robust channel network to drive channel sales.
Requirements:
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with active listening abilities.
- Proven account management skills and excellent presentation abilities.
- Thorough understanding of company products, services, and competitors' offerings.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and taxation laws.
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a customer-centric approach.
Qualifications:
- Graduate degree (MBA or equivalent) with 2-5 years of industry experience.
- Good knowledge of equity and debt markets (added advantage).
- MFD Certification.
