
US Edtech Sales Director

We're seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our US Edtech Sales operations. This pivotal role involves crafting and executing business strategies, overseeing team management, and driving sales growth in the lucrative US market.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in business development, with a keen eye for identifying new opportunities and building lasting partnerships.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing international business strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Leading and managing a team of International Counsellors to achieve sales targets.
- Maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions.
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure seamless collaboration and effective delegation of tasks.
- Working independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.

Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in business development, preferably in the Edtech sector.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a focus on team management and strategy execution.

- Independence, flexibility, and a willingness to work in non-traditional shifts.
